Igloo Campaign “A Cleaner Sea”

After a team kick-off we went sailing on a sunny day. It was really impactful hearing the stories of plastic pollution and visually see how much plastic was caught. This highly raised the awareness of the plastic consumption in the team!

Fishing for plastic

“A cleaner sea” was a campaign by Igloo, in collaboration with MSC. Igloo co-founded MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) with the World Wildlife Fund 20 years ago. Together with fisheries, scientists, companies and nature organizations, they have since been committed to the sustainable fishing of oceans and to the supply of a wide range of fish, shellfish and shellfish with MSC quality mark to the consumer.

During that time, the joint PR event “Fishing for plastic” reached half a million consumers and 1.4 million promo packs were put away by Igloo. The campaign received 17 million impressions via social media. The sailing expedition with By the Ocean we Unite was mentioned in 179 publications, reaching more than 1.6 million people.
